Staff present a finger, a face, a card, or a PIN at the terminal. The time attendance machine stores the punch as attendance data — that is attendance tracking for working hours and overtime. Software then applies shift scheduling (grace minutes, rest days, Ramadan timings) and exports the sheet for payroll processing that your accountant or WPS bureau already opens.
That is the job: fewer disputes, no handwritten timesheets, and a record you can show if MOHRE, WPS, or an auditor asks who was on site. We size the terminal to the door. A 40-person office needs one fingerprint or face unit and a licence. A warehouse with two gates and night shift needs a second clock and an overtime rule after 18:00.
